Message	That is simply because we do so much more volume. If you want to argue that I'll figure up how many Z32s passed through the shop last week. It doesn't matter if our work was 100% perfect people are still going to have issues, ranging from improper installation to misdiagnosis and we are going to get the blame sometimes. In the real world sometimes it is our fault and sometimes it's not. The fact that we do so many cars means naturally that it will come up more often. I'm not saying that is or isn't going on here but you must understand my point.
